Capitol Complex – Bat Cave Motor Pool

Pickup and access information
- Located at Butler and Ottawa in the Hall of Justice East Ramp.
- Use the Ottawa Street entrance with your State employee ID card. Driver's personal vehicles may be parked in the ramp while using a State vehicle.
- Pedestrians should use the north door to reach the kiosk and key box on that level; State employee ID access is required.
Secondary Complex – Dimondale Depot Motor Pool

Pickup and access information
- Park your personal vehicle on the west side of the VTS building, then enter the door marked “Motor Pool.”
- Use the kiosk to select your vehicle and retrieve its key and fuel card from the key box.
- When returning, record the odometer reading, and fuel level. Check in at the kiosk and return the key to the key box.
Detroit – Classy Caddy Motor Pool

Pickup and access information
- Vehicles are on the first floor of the Lothrop Street Parking Ramp at 116 Lothrop Road, between Woodward and Second, one block north of W. Grand Blvd.
- The building is open Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. For after-hours building access, call the Command Center at 313-456-4111.
- Personal vehicle parking is not provided. Drivers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own parking.
- When the parking ramp gate is closed, use the access card located in the fuel card holder.
- The kiosk and key box are in the small hallway north of the main lobby, just past the elevator on the Cass (east) side near the security station.
- On return, record the odometer reading, fuel level, and parking space number; check in at the kiosk and return the key to the key box.
Escanaba – Buggy Barn Motor Pool

Flint – DHHS Motor Pool

- DHHS vehicles are in designated spaces on the basement level of the University of Michigan–Flint Parking Ramp.
- The kiosk and key box are inside the State Office Building lobby, enter through the double doors. Proceed into the loby past the security desk and there is a room to your left. They kiosk and keybox can both be found here.
- After office hours, a security guard must open the parking lot gate.
Flint – DTMB Motor Pool

- Personal vehicle parking is not provided. Drivers must arrange and pay for their own parking.
- The kiosk and key box are inside the State Office Building lobby, enter through the double doors. Proceed into the lobby past the security desk and there is a room to your left. They kiosk and keybox can both be found here.
- If your office is not in this building, show your reservation confirmation and State employee ID to security for access through the second set of doors.
Grand Rapids – Rapids Rides Motor Pool

- Personal vehicle parking is not provided. Drivers must arrange and pay for their own parking.
- The kiosk and key box are in the hallway leading to the loading dock. Inside the building, use the stainless-steel door beside the elevators; they are straight ahead.
- Vehicles are on level F of the parking garage. Press “EF” in the elevator, then descend the small flight of stairs to the motor pool parking area. Return each vehicle to its assigned space, as shown on the fuel card holder.
- Leave the garage access card hanging from the vehicle rearview mirror; do not remove it.
- For after-hours entry if your office is not in this building, ring the doorbell at the Ottawa Avenue entrance. Present your reservation confirmation and State employee ID to security. The source lists normal building hours as Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Traverse City – Cherry Pit Motor Pool
