Charges accrue from the time the vehicle picked is up to the time it is returned. Motor pool vehicle use is calculated and billed on an hourly and daily basis. If a vehicle is used more than six (6) hours, it is billed at a daily rate. Rates include gasoline, insurance and vehicle service. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made as soon as possible, and must be made before the scheduled pick up time. NO PICKUPS: Vehicles not picked up within two hours after the reservation time will be cancelled, and the driver will be charged for one day of rental.
