FleetCommander is the State of Michigan's Motor Pool reservation system, available to authorized state employees and contractors.

New to the Motor Pool?

If you are new to the Motor Pool, you must register before using the reservation system.

Before registering, obtain the appropriate accounting code from your manager or financial area. VTS can only verify whether an accounting code is valid and cannot provide one for you.

To register, select User Registration from the menu on the left side of the screen.

For assistance logging into the Motor Pool reservation system, please contact VTS Motor Pool Administration at 517-636-6000.

FleetCommander access is restricted to authorized State of Michigan employees and contractors.
